■ Service can be restarted on the first day of the month following submission. Please submit this form by the 25th of the month before the requested restart date.

■ If you wish to restart service with the 10G Course on the 2YEARS Plan:
• A dedicated ONU for the 10G Course must be installed. An ONU installation fee of JPY 6,600 (tax included) will apply.
• Installation must be performed by a professional contractor. Depending on scheduling availability, service may not be restarted on your preferred date.
• Under “Internet Plan and Course When Restarting Service,” select “2YEARS Plan – 1G Course,” and enter “Requesting the 10G Course on the 2YEARS Plan” in the “Message” field.

■ The Toki-Doki Course under the Standard Plan has been discontinued. Please note that we cannot accept applications selecting this course when restarting service.

*Applications submitted by the 25th of each month can resume starting from the 1st of the following month.

Internet plan and course

■Standard Plan: Minimum term is 12 months. Cancellation during the minimum usage period will incur a cancellation fee. You can change from the Standard Plan to other plans after 12 months.
■2Years Plan: Contracts are made in two-year units (automatically renews). Canceling outside the contract renewal month will incur a cancellation fee. You can change from the 2Years Plan to other plans for free during the contract renewal month.
■Monthly Plan for temporary: You can change from the Monthly Plan for temporary to other plans every month. This Plan can choose temporary suspension. For the duration of your suspension, you will not be required to pay for your internet service. However, you still must pay your monthly lease charges 396yen/month.
